 Frequently Asked Questions

  • The lead time for each project is determined by my current design calendar, but I can usually begin a brand identity design project within 1-2 months. If you have a fast-approaching timeline, please note this in your inquiry form and I’ll do my best to accommodate you.

  • The timeline of your project will depend on the package you invest in. This can range from 4-5 weeks for brand design and 3-4 weeks for website design

  • Each brand design package is broken into two payments. The first is a non-refundable 50% deposit that is due when your proposal is accepted in order to officially book your calendar. The final 50% payment is due after we finalize and wrap up your project. For brand design packages that include website design, it is split into three payments: the first upon proposal acceptance, the second after the brand design is complete, and the last payment when the website design is finished.

  • This is a great question! I will send a questionnaire with everything I need in order to complete the first discovery phase of our project. Think of it as fun homework! This questionnaire will help you determine your brand strategy and build a strong foundation we can start building your identity from. Rest assured, I’ll guide you through the whole process.

  • Absolutely! I do, however, recommend small business owners establish their brand identity first. Once it is finished, we can work together on any of your graphic design or print collateral projects. I’ll make sure every design is consistent with your logo and visual branding.
