Process
Our

Plan
A consultation call is scheduled with us. on our Zoom call we’ll chat about your business, your vision, and what you’re hoping to achieve. This is our chance to get to know you—your goals, your challenges, and what makes your brand unique.
Our team will then craft a personalized proposal designed to meet your specific needs.
Once proposal is accepted, contract signed and first invoice paid, you’ll be secured in our calendar for your project.

Strategize
One of the most important steps in our process is brand strategy. This stage defines not only how we design your brand, but how it will grow and show up moving forward. We’ll meet over Zoom to walk you through your strategy, discuss key insights, and gather your feedback. The final document becomes a guiding reference—a tool you’ll return to often to ensure every decision stays true to the heart of your brand.
This not only defines the design of your brand, it reaches far past this and helps determine how you show up as a brand; on social media, in person, and everywhere in between.

Design

We’ll take what we’ve learned from your brand strategy session and begin sketching, refining, and designing your brand identity. Every element we create in this phase is intentional, thoughtfully crafted to align with your goals and communicate your unique story. It’s a creative process rooted in strategy—where every color, font, and detail has purpose.
Once the design is complete, we’ll present your new brand in a Zoom call, walking you through each piece and explaining how it all works together. This is a collaborative moment where you’ll see your vision come to life and have the opportunity to share feedback before we move into final refinements.

Your website project begins with a collaborative Zoom call where we’ll discuss your goals, content, and the specific features your site needs. From there, we’ll design your homepage and walk through a design approval phase together to ensure the look and feel align with your vision before applying it across the remaining pages in your package.
Once the full design is approved, we’ll finalize all functionality and handle the behind-the-scenes setup to prepare your website for launch. You’ll also receive a custom video walkthrough and training so you can confidently manage and update your site moving forward.

Creative Direction
Once your brand and/or website is complete, we offer flexible hourly packages to help maintain and elevate your creative presence. We handle the ongoing design work so you can stay focused on running your business. Think of us as your long-term creative partner, here to support your brand’s growth for as long as you need.

Depending on your goals, we can also create collateral like packaging, social templates, or signage to ensure your brand looks cohesive across every touchpoint.

Yes. All finalized deliverables are fully yours upon project completion. You’ll receive organized, labeled files for both print and digital use, along with your brand guidelines for consistent application. We work mostly in Squarespace. We’ve forund this to be a great platform not only for design, but SEO, customer support and its user friendly functionality.
With that said, we are open to discussing other platforms if the need requires it.

Absolutely. Our websites are built with Squarespace, an extremely user-friendly platform so you can make future updates easily. You’ll also receive a post-launch walkthrough and resource guide to help you feel confident managing your site.

Yes! Most clients pay in two or three installments across the project timeline. Extended payment plans are also available for larger projects upon request.
